Admissions — Apply to KOYOYO COLLEGE

Carefully read the requirements below, complete the online application form, and submit your supporting documents so we can process your application quickly.

Admission Requirements

Please make sure you have the following ready before you start the application form.

  • Application/Processing fee: GH₵ 250.00 (required for all programs)
  • Scanned academic certificates (Highest Educational Certificates and/or Statement of Result)
  • Valid ID: Ghana Card, Passport, Driver's License, Voter ID or NHIS Card
  • Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID after payment)
Important: Submitted forms without the application processing fee cannot be processed. After you complete the application form below, scan your documents and email them (with your full name and application ID) to koyoyocollege@gmail.com.

How to apply

  1. Complete the online application form in the box on the right (please fill every required field).
  2. Pay the application fee (see bank details on the right) and save the proof of payment.
  3. Email scanned documents and payment proof to koyoyocollege@gmail.com.
  4. Wait for the confirmation email with next steps.

Documents to email

Highest educational certificates or statement of results, a clear copy of a valid ID, and proof of payment. Email to: koyoyocollege@gmail.com.
